Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Charges

We use standard registered air-mail with tracking number for all orders, providing assurance for our customers. US$15 will be charged for shipment cost.  Courier service can be arranged and shipping cost will be advised separately by email. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to: customs, incomplete or inaccurate order information provided by the customer, or carrier (UPS, USPS, motor freight, etc.) shipping disruptions.

Customs Duty and Taxes

You may be subject to import duties and taxes (if it is applicable to your country). You are considered the importer of the goods and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of your country. The charges are levied once the goods arrives in your country and are NOT calculated in the cost of the goods or shipping charges. We are not liable for packages that are confiscated by customs and customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.

Custom policies vary greatly from country to country and many countries do have tax exemptions and allowances for goods under a certain amount. Please contact your local customs office for any further information.

We will do our best to ensure your orders gets cleared with customs in the most efficient and economical ways.

Refunds / Order Cancellations

Please make sure you are satisfied before placing your orders. We will gladly help you in any ways possible to make your decisions.  But no order cancellation and refund after the acceptance of  credit card payment.

Order Item Out-of-stock

If any of the item in an order is out-of-stock, we will offer the options of a full refund, refund of the out-of-stock item (partial refund) or replacement of the out-of-stock item. If for some reason, we are unable to contact our customer or the customer did not response to our request, the order will be automatically refunded after six weeks (from order date).

Warranty

7 Days Warranty against factory defective merchandise.  The product should be returned with proof of purchase and the original packaging. The returned product should be freight prepaid and fully insured for one way transit by the Purchaser within valid warranty period. The product will be repaired, replaced or refunded at 1TableTennis's discretion. Purchaser will be notified by telephone or email. Warranty does not cover misuse of product.
